2009: PRISM Version 10.5 Released |
|
PRISM 10.5 enhances the statistical analysis reporting and
options. Additional features include enhancements to the
virtual experiments, yield trial worksheet, field map
enhancements, and nursery enhancements.

|
June 2008: PRISM
Version 10.0 Released |
|
PRISM 10.0 enhances the statistical analysis by providing square
lattice and generalized (alpha) lattice designs.
Additional features include enhanced Excel interfacing,
master-master catalogs, improved treatment analysis, and enhancements
to the lab books.

September 2007:
PRISM Version 9.0 Released |
|
PRISM 9.0 enhances the statistical analysis by adding a
nearest neighbor analysis and a MAD (Modified Augmented
Design) Type 1 and 3 analysis. PRISM 9.0 has
the ability to calculate relative maturity. Additional
features in PRISM 9.0 include the ability to make decisions in
an analysis report and transfer the decisions to the nursery
field books.

February
2007: PRISM Version 8.0 Released |
|
PRISM 8.0 includes enhancements to the test strip/strip trial
modules. The enhancements provide tools for
communicating planting and harvesting information to strip
trial managers through Excel files.
Other changes
include better utilities for import and exporting of external
data, enhanced book filtering, additional field map features,
and performance improvements. A mechanism for plugging
in user-defined procedures is also available.

|
August 2006: PRISM Version 7.0 Released |
|
PRISM 7.0 includes enhancements to the statistical analysis
and reporting. One the new features in the analysis
reporting is that geographical maps can be built to show head to head and other
results. The user has the ability to create their own
maps/areas (for example they could create an Upper Midwest
map) from a larger map (such as the 48 contiguous states). Additional features include an enhanced
randomization importing tool and improved data query
tools. Other enhancements were added to improve work
flow such as creating books, building field books, and using
field maps.

July 2005: PRISM
Version 6.0 Released |
|
PRISM 6.0 provides improvements to the statistical analysis
tools including the ability to define virtual experiments. A
GLM (General Linear Model) is now used for the analysis
reporting. Additional report formatting and options were also
added. PRISM 6.0 offers the ability to save and retrieve
images and files in the database.

|
September 2004:
PRISM Version 5.0 Released |
|
PRISM 5.0 provides enhanced statistical analysis and reporting
such as advanced experimental designs, treatments, factorials,
improved handling of repeating checks, Type III SS, and GCA
reporting. Tools are provided to assist in the building of
web-based analysis reporting and retrieval. Other features in
PRISM 5.0 include the ability to view a pedigree's history,
interactive data update with bar-code readers and laboratory
devices such as scales. PRISM 5.0 also allows centralized
users to check-out books from the server to make modifications
on their PC/laptop while they are disconnected from the
